Brett Bullard - United States
Brett Bullard (he/him) is an actor and writer currently based in New York City. Growing up in the rural south, I remember being around loud folks with strong opinions, so I shouldn’t be surprised that’s exactly who I turned into. Ever since I can remember I dreamed about moving to a big city and doing things that make me happiest, so I moved to New York straight out of high school and I graduated top of my class from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. I also took part in AADA's selective Company program, where I expanded my acting training and worked closely with many industry professionals.
When I'm not on stage, I am writing stories that have premiered in theaters across New York and West Virginia. My personal goal in my work is to tell diverse stories that are close to my heart to normalize walks of life different from what we’re used to. I love working closely with friendly people and collaborating on projects that excite me. That is why I am thrilled to join the players of Yonder Window Theatre Company where I can do what I am passionate about with professionals that share and celebrate my values.
Some of my recent credits include The King, The Final Hours (The Player’s Club Theater), Normal People (Summerfest, Hudson Guild Theater), Sweet Tooth (A Night of Play, The Baumann), Blood Potato (The American Academy of Dramatic Arts), and Mud (Pre-Production).
