Izzi Diaz
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Located in Central Virginia, Izzi Diaz is a student studying Strategic Communication and Creative Writing. She is well versed in social media/marketing and is so excited to be a part of the Yonder Window team. When she is not working or writing, she can be found with her family and friends, hosting her book club, getting coffee, or watching rom-coms. Izzi has a heart full of passion for creative arts, people, and chicken quesadillas.
Izzy Parriss
Producing Intern
Izzy is a producer and director. She graduated from Edinburgh University in 2020 where she directed, produced and stage-managed multiple plays and operas alongside running Candlewasters, a new writing theatre company, in her final year. In addition to being the producing intern for Yonder Window, Izzy produces and directs for the Bomb Factory Theatre, which is an emerging women-led theatre company based in North London. She also produces theatre independently and has worked freelance for a number of theatre companies such as Wessex Grove and the Birmingham Rep.
Pollyanna Esse
Assistant to the Artistic Director
Pollyanna Esse is a theater practitioner and artist based in Edinburgh. She has a passion and dedication for building creative communities in all her work. She has written and is currently directing a production that will be shown at The Edinburgh Fringe this August. She has produced multiple unique productions while studying at Edinburgh College of Art, including a devised experimental dance piece. She has been the creative director of an Edinburgh based theater repertoire called Candlewaters, as well as the President of one of Edinburgh universities leading Theatre societies. Aside from her theatre career, Pollyanna is the director and founder of a new project called, The Creative’s Collaboration Project. She curates collaborative exhibitions between various creative disciplines in order to showcase the talent Scotland has to offer. She has recently graduated from Edinburgh College of art and been selected for the RSA New Contemporaries Exhibition in 2024. She seeks all things creative and community driven and is always looking for a new project to throw herself into.
